Canceling Orders (Physical Product)

If you have placed an order on GenSix and want to cancel your order, you can reach out to us right away at support@gensix.com to see if we can cancel/refund your order before it reaches our shipping team. However, once your order is placed, there are no guarantees that we can stop it before it ships. If that's the case, you may have to wait for delivery and return the product to us before we are able to issue a refund. 


Please contact us at support@gensix.com for order status and return instructions before returning any GenSix product. All returned product must be in re-sellable condition and unused to receive a refund. Shipping costs are typically non-refundable. We strongly recommend shipping any returned product with shipment tracking.
