How do I turn of "Auto renew" for my subscription? How do I cancel?

If you're not planning on renewing your Glyph Project Translations subscription or if you would like to manually renew it rather than having it renew automatically, you can log into your GenSix account, then navigate to "My Subscription" or "Subscriptions" and toggle off the "Auto renew" toggle. You may still receive reminders about renewing, but you won't be automatically charged when the subscription comes up for renewal and if you do nothing, your membership will just expire.

If you click the "Cancel" button under the related subscription, it won't automatically stop your current subscription and access – it will just cancel your subscription at the end of your current subscription period so that it won't renew. If you don't intend to renew your subscription, we recommend clicking "Cancel" before the end of your subscription period.

Per our Terms & Conditions, we don't offer refunds for initial subscriptions. However, at the time of renewal, if you did not intend to renew your subscription at the point of renewal, please contact us within 14 days of renewal, and we will process a cancellation and refund for the renewal fee. Beyond this grace period, renewal payments are also considered final.
