To access your SQ Private Briefings content, you must be logged into the GenSix account that you purchased your annual subscription from. (Please note that SQ Private Briefings and QFiles are two separate subscriptions with two separate platforms and support teams.)
Once you are logged into your GenSix account, navigate to the SQ Private Briefings page. If you can access this page, that means that you have an active SQ Private Briefings subscription and that you're successfully logged into your account.
If you CANNOT access this page you'll be greeted with a "Looking for Access?" message prompting you to either login to view SQ Private Briefings content, or to purchase a subscription. If you believe you've already purchased a subscription, here are several troubleshooting steps:
Go to your account area and check your recent Orders or Subscriptions. If you don't see the SQ Private Briefings subscription listed there, then it's not associated with your account. It may be that you haven't actually purchased a subscription or, in some cases, customers may inadvertently have set up two GenSix accounts under two separate emails. If that's the case, you'll want to log into the account associated with the purchase. If you still need help, feel free to reach out to our team and we'll get you sorted out.
It's also possible that you're not logged into your account at all. If you're logged into your GenSix account, you should be able to go to your account area and see your personal information. If you're greeted with a login screen instead, you're not logged in yet.
If you're not receiving email alerts when new Private Briefings post to the website, you can sign up here for alerts: https://gensix.aweb.page/p/17e67378-6ce4-4a27-a9de-341b55110c94
