GenSix is working to restore our seller's account on Vimeo which we had discontinued this past year due to their unfavorable pricing and policies. Because of this, many customers are reporting that their previous purchases for GenSix titles are no longer showing in their Purchases area. The work around seems to be that you can go to billing in your Vimeo account: https://vimeo.com/settings/billing/purchases and then find the specific purchase(s) from the past and click on that link to the related title and it will still allow you to view any purchased titles.
You'll have to change the year in the dropdown menu to navigate to the year you made the purchase to find the title you're looking for. This process is little convoluted, but currently seems to work to still access past GenSix purchases on Vimeo.
We're not able to see user accounts on Vimeo to help troubleshoot, but you can also access the Help center and click the "Contact us" link up top if you have Vimeo-specific questions.
