If you've purchased a GenSix video (VOD) from Vimeo, you should see any VOD purchases here: https://vimeo.com/ondemand/purchases. You will need to be logged into the Vimeo account you made the purchase from to see associated purchases.
We're not able to see user accounts on Vimeo to help troubleshoot, but you can access the Help center and click the "Contact us" link up top if you have Vimeo-specific questions.
